30th at midnight to

Members wishing to submit an item for the agenda can do so by emailing the agenda item to
westmanmagic@gmail.com by October
10th.
Nominations for elected board positions are now open and will be accepted until October 12th at Midnight.
Positions to be elected are: President (one year term), Treasurer, Vice President and Player Development and Recruitment (two year terms)
