Westman Magic AGM
The Westman Magic Softball Association annual awards ceremony and AGM will be held Tuesday, October 21st at 6:30 pm in Brandon at the North End Community Center.
Any changes to the constitution must be presented by way of a motion by September 30th at midnight to westmanmagic@gmail.com
All motions must be received in the format on the attached template. A sample motion and the Westman Magic Constitution are attached for reference.
Members wishing to submit an item for the agenda can do so by emailing the agenda item to westmanmagic@gmail.com by October 10th.
Nominations for elected board positions are now open and will be accepted until October 12th at Midnight.
Positions to be elected are: President (one year term), Treasurer, Vice President and Player Development and Recruitment (two year terms)
