Westman Magic AGM
The Westman Magic Softball Association annual awards ceremony and AGM will be held Thursday, October 17th at 6 pm in Brandon at the North End Community Center.
Any changes to the constitution must be presented by way of a motion by September 26th at midnight to

All motions must be received in the format on the attached template. A sample motion and the Westman Magic Constitution are attached for reference.
Members wishing to submit an item for the agenda can do so by emailing the agenda item to
westmanmagic@gmail.com by October 7

Nominations for elected board positions are now open and will be accepted until October 9th at Midnight.
Positions to be elected are: President, Secretary, Communications, and Coach Development and Recruitment.
